My routine consists of using a exercise ball to do wall squats and leg curls, a pull up machine that works against your own body weight with your pulls and push-ups, 10 pound dumb bells in a rowing action, plank holds on both sides and my front, and a exercise elastic band that I put around my ankles and do two different toe touches. I'll call her S.īefore I started with her, I worked out on my own for a bit, I can still run my mile, though it takes me a little longer, and I was keeping my entertained by not staying on the machine for more than 15 to 20 minutes.Īfter my session with her, I learned a 30 minute muscle workout that I feel in love with but have only done it twice.
MYRUNNING LOG FREE
I am the towel desk girl there 3 days a week! Because of my awesome job, I have a free gym membership which works out nice for me to start my goal back up!Ĭurrently, I try to stay after work for an hour or so to work out and I have done it, 7 days out of the 10 so far! On top of that, I hired a personal trainer (thank God for discounts!). I feel fortunate in that I have a job at an Athletic Club. I am done with my thesis, I graduated from U of M, I moved back home to my Mom's, I was accepted back into Oakland University, and I am working 2 jobs about to start my 3rd. In the last four months, my life has changed. My weight is consistently on my mind, whether I am at work, I think about the cloths I have on and whether they are flattering or not, or I am in a group of people and I wonder if I am the fattest. :( Currently I feel like I am a huge tub of laird and it hurts :(. I got way to caught up in my thesis to continue running and working toward my goal.
